Joseph S. Pieciak, Jr., CPA

Joe is a stockholder, President and founder of Pieciak & Company. He has over 30 years experience in public accounting. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from American International College. He is active in community affairs, serving numerous civic and non-profit organizations. He is responsible for all services to clients, as well as overall management of the firm. Client services include business planning, business acquisitions and sales, succession planning and problem solving. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Vermont Society of CPAs.

Wendy L. Dubois, CPA

Wendy is responsible for tax services to individuals, estates and trusts. She has been with the firm since its inception, and has over 20 years public accounting experience in the areas of individual, estate and gift taxation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.

John V.P. Meyer, CPA, CVA

John is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He holds a Master of Science in accounting & Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from St. Lawrence University. He is a former president of the Vermont Society of CPAs and former member of Council (the governing board) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the AICPA, the VSCPA and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Timothy C. Fogg, CPA

Tim is responsible for the firm's audit and assurance services practice. He has been with the firm since its inception, and has over 30 years experience in public accounting in Brattleboro. He is a graduate of Champlain College, and was an adjunct professor at Community College of Vermont. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Vermont Society of CPAs.

Thomas H. Martyn

Tom has 22 years experience as executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief operating officer in a range of business settings, including the financial services, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, construction and non-profit sectors. He has international management experience including contract negotiation, project management and operational systems development. He is a graduate of the Middlebury College and has a graduate degree from the University of Michigan's Rackham School.

Linda B. Roberts

Linda has over 20 years experience specializing in estate, trust and guardianship administration. She has worked with attorneys and Probate Courts throughout her career. She is an associate member of the Vermont Bar Association, a member of the Vermont Paralegal Organization and the Connecticut Valley Estate Planning Council. She attended Bryant College, The University of New Hampshire Paralegal Studies and Vermont Law School.

Tammy A. Richards, AVA

Tammy is an Accredited Valuation Analyst providing business valuation and financial consulting services. Prior to joining Pieciak & Company in September 2006, Tammy spent eight years in the investment banking division of Citigroup as a Vice President in the Global Loans Portfolio Management Group and as an Associate in the Acquisition Finance Group. Tammy graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Hamilton College. She is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
